So....do all Brits actually think it's hillarious when a man runs around in women's underwear? A more generalized question is whether or not all Brits think that the so called "British humor" is all that funny. Here in america most of that style of stuff is

, with the exception of stuff like Red Dwarf and Mr. Bean.
