The Mackem got the bus to Rep Town and repped it up real bad at the rep shop (100,000+)

What do the WWE look for in a wrestler, really?

Is it the big strong man completely? I guess that's not entirely true because there's quite a diverse roster in the WWE.

What I want to know is, do these big guys with nothing about them except a good look in terms of build just get picked up off the street or are they recommended by respected trainers or something?
