i havent seen anything more posted on this so...

For those wondering if there has been any movement in the Hardcore Holly-Rene Dupree fight, we can tell you that it was 100% real and has been reported as is. The rumor making the rounds is that when the referee saw that was happening on the outside, he told both Charlie Haas and Kenzo Suzuki to "stay in the ring and wrestle". There could be plans to address this on SmackDown! tonight but if it goes untouched, we would not blame Dupree for filing an unsafe working environment lawsuit.

In a business that is usually a work, a guy just can't go out and pound the snot out of someone due to a personal grudge. They usually call that aggravated assault.
