DISCUSSION - Should Eugene become a "Pepsi Man" type HEEL on RAW?

All jokes aside, does anyone else feel that Eugene would get really good heat if he turned heel? Seriously. While the fans are still cheering Eugene (for the most part I guess), I REALLY get the feeling that the fans want to boo the shit out of him. In other words, they want to LOVE to hate him.

In thinking of Eugene today, I began to think of Tpww's Pepsi Man. As we all know, Pepsi Man is a poster who displays a SEVERE lack of wisdom and common sense.

When Pepsi Man first came to tpww, everyone "sensed" that he was somewhat slow. However - people "forcefully" encouraged him, etc. When Pepsi Man turned heel however (on tpww), people LOVED to hate him. He became one of the biggest names and draws on tpww............even if it was for all the "wrong" reasons. Simply put - the posters don't HATE Pepsi Man........but they rather they LOVE to HATE him.


I think the same thing can happen with Eugene. Eugene has become stale as a face. As a heel however, I really think the fans will take PLEASURE in booing him.


Now I'm not suggesting that the WWE do an angle where Eugene's mom blocks Eugene on MSN messenger.....nor am I suggesting that Eugene start wearing sweatpants.

I do however, think that it would be interesting to see Eugene turn heel on one of those kids that he does the celebrations with (i.e. after Eugene wins one of his matches and does the celebration with the kids, he turns heel and jackknife power bombs one of the kids). Something stupid like that.

I'd also love to see Eugene hit the people's elbow on Jim Ross (seriously). It sounds stupid, but I think it would be funny as shit.

After Eugene turns heel, JR could feel "sympathetic" towards Eugene. One day on RAW, JR steps into the ring (with Eugene by his side) and cuts a promo.......on how Eugene is an inspiration to the WWE.

THAT's when Eugene hits JR with a low blow, followed by the People's elbow.


To make a long story short, I think Eugene would be MUCH better off as a heel. The fans want to boo him. The only danger in doing something like this, is that he might start getting "X-Pac" type heat (instead of Pepsi Man type heat ).
