Renaming Finishers

I don't get it why they have to rename finishers. Let me explain, the RKO, why can't it just be called the Diamond Cutter, that is what it is. Or the Batista bomb, it is a spine buster, nothing special. I understand when a move's name is altered slightly, like Evenflow DDT or Tombstone Piledriver and so on. But for the most part, why do they have to change the name of the move so it is more gimmicky?
