QUESTION - Why was the WWE jobbing Tazz in 2001 like a little bitch?

During the alliance/INVASION angle, why was the WWE making Tazz job in less than 20 seconds in his matches? Did he rape Stephanie McMahon or something backstage?

Why was he being "punished"?

Was he actually being 'punished', or was he jobbing quickly due to his limited moveset? (i.e. suplexes were 90% of his moveset).

Still - why JOB him so much and so quickly?
