The San Francisco Chronicle had a story last Friday talking about Rock�s gynecomastia surgery a few years back. He wore a t-shirt for quite some time on television a few years back, that was when the scar tissue was healing.

Im pretty sure gynecomastia is enlarged male pecs that make them look like titties.Im surprised the Rock had this disease
