winning streaks

I was just thinking about it, and, in regards to winning streaks since last years wrestlemania, we see that:

JBL has the best record (presumably), has only lost in tag matches
John Cena has lost, I believe, 4 singles matches and he has had alot of singles matches.

WHILST...
HHH has lost numerous singles matches (3 to Shelton Benjamin, 3 to Benoit (2 triple-threats) and has also lost a host of tag matches (like over 15 probably.)

MY POINT:
Does this make JBL a more established champion than HHH?
I'm inclined to say yes personally.
