WWE NO WAY OUT CARD/Match PREDICTIONS Thread

WWE No Way Out (Presented by SmackDown!) -->

WWE Heavyweight Championship
Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match
JBL (champion) vs. Big Show

- Put JBL over obviously... Doesn't really matter how but cleanly would be a bonus... This match should be unique and it should be

interesting to see if the two can carry a decent match in a barbed wire steel cage match where dangerous spots are expected by the

viewer... About 20 minutes should do...

WWE #1 Contender's Tournament Finals
John Cena vs. Kurt Angle

- This could make or break the show... Cena gets the win when Angle is distracted by HBK who slowly makes his way out to

ringside... This allows Cena to take the advantage from behind and hit the F-U for the victory and the chance to headline WrestleMania...

Angle and HBK have a confrontation after the match that is separated by referees... Give this 20 to 25 minutes...

WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Funaki (champion) vs. Paul London

- I'd let London be the challenger here because quite frankly his matches are exciting... It doesn't matter to me who wins as long as the

match is given close to 10 minutes...

6-Man Tag-Team Match
Orlando Jordan & Basham Brothers vs. Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio & Booker T

- I'd have JBL's cabinet take the victory after some miscommunication between the 3... A triple threat match at WrestleMania between

these 3 could indeed be an instant classic... It would be even better if the United States Championship was involved, although I would

love to see a Title For Title main event... About 10-15 minutes... Should be decent...

Singles Grudge Match
The UnderTaker vs. Luther Reigns

- Heidenreich interferes and this allows Reigns to score the win after some additional interference from Mark Jindrak... I wouldn't mind

the addition of Gene Snitsky and Kane to this situation on PPV simply to set up the predicted tag match at WrestleMania... About 10-15

minutes should do...

Singles Grudge Match
Daniel Puder vs. Hardcore Holly

- They might as well build to this since there aren't many feuds going on... Give this about 8-10 minutes... I'd obviously put Puder over

although making him the heel in this scenario is very pointless and is the opposite of what fans want... At this point in his career, Holly

can only be over as a heel...

Women's Lingere/Bra & Panties Action
Torrie Wilson, Miss Jackie & Joy vs. Dawn Marie, Hiroko & Amy Weber

- The girls always get a segment on SmackDown! anyways so they might as well get a quick PPV match for the fans to cheer on

some T&A... Obviously nothing special here... Winner is not significant... Realistically, under 8 minutes...

----------------------------------------------------------------

Although talents like the Dudley Boyz, Charlie Haas, Chavo Guerrero, Mark Jindrak, Suzuki/Dupree, Kidman and Akio could add

something to the show, they have been virtually non-existent on SmackDown! and are not involved in any significant feuds or

programs... Hopefully they can find a way to get guys like Charlie Haas and the under-utilized cruiserweights involved come

WrestleMania...

The show will not be anything special by any means, however Reigns-Taker could be interesting, a 6-man tag could be very exciting

for the crowd, a strong cruiserweight match is always good, a show stealer is present in Cena-Angle and a hardcore-stipulation for a

main event could all be factors in producing a good night of wrestling... None of the matches stand out, however with the complete

misuse of people like Charlie Haas, Booker T, Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero, no classic matches will be present to put together a

great show... RVD's injury does not help the situation... I'd like to see the show have no Heidenreich matches just to save the viewer

the trouble of bitching about the show/match... The Carlito/Jesus situation is just very random right now with none of them competing,

however Carlito is a solid talent to use in the undercard and can be a decent addition to SmackDown! in the long run...

Overall, should be a decent PPV and hopefully builds towards WrestleMania nicely...
