No, that leaves HHH in the title picture because he will say he was never pinned. That Batista never beat him and therefore Batista shouldn't be champion.

BTW I love how in all these scenarios everybody is saying so and so will go on to face Batista. Anybody even possibly considering that HHH might win? Look at it this way, so far HHH hasn't gotten the upper hand over Batista and when that happens usually it means that HHH is going over at the ppv. Just something to think about.
