Decided to create a thread on fantasy cover tunes. Who do you think (alive or dead) could create a great version of someone else's material?

A few thoughts for the moment....

Alice in Chains covering "Lithium" (Nirvana)
U2 covering "Clocks" (Coldplay)
The Tragically Hip covering "Black" (Pearl Jam)
Snoop covering "Mama Said Knock You Out" (LL Cool J)
