Who Was Screwed During The Invasion?

I was gonna make this thread about why the HELL RVD didn't get the World Title he deserved towards the end of the invasion, but I think that's been done to death.

So I'm turning my attention to someone who was almost as over as RVD during this time, who has also been terribly misused since then...

I'll never understand how they messed this one up. He was impressing the fans with his unique moveset and style, and was getting bigger cheers than almost everyone else.

His push seemed to come to an end at the hands of someone you wouldn't expect... RVD. Their match was bound to kill the momentum of one of the guys, and RVD took the win. It's been downhill for Tajiri ever since then, but has he got more to offer?

I'd argue, YES.

No matter how much of a joke they've tried to turn him into, his kicks still get major crowd reaction, and of course it's a novelty when he speaks, since he's not American and his voice sounds funny.
