The orignal opening TNA took footage and put it everything backwards the voice and the clips are going backwards such as Sabin in jumping into the ring instead of out of it in the orignal promo. Yet when you reverse the orignal made by TNA the voice plays correctly and the same goes for the footage so now Sabin would correctly jump out of the ring and you would hear what they are actually saying.

Basically, as I got from the opening I saw in the reverse way, the subject was "devolving", saying that they were the creators of everything, and so everything is "devolving" (the flower going back into the womb, the wrestlers rewinding back in time, etc.)
