OFFICIAL New Blood/Hot Prospects Thread

Since there's been a couple of threads and discussions floating around on just who is and isn't a hot prospect, and since Coach and Lawler and even JR are yelling "TREMENDOUS UPPPPPSSSIIIIDDDE" like it was Hubie Brown's wet dream, I thought I'd post a list of the guys you could call 'top prospects' and see who the good people at TPWW actually think are among the cream f the crop.

First off, I'm only listing the performers ages 30 and under as verified at obsessedwithwrestling.com. Thirty is just one of thse magical ages for all professional athletes that separates 'potential' from 'journey man.' Yes, there are exceptions, but not many.

Also, for the purpose of discussion, lets not hear a lot of "Well the WWE will never let them be innovative or give them a good gimmick or they'll just job to Trips or whatever" type comments. In an optimal situation, which one of these guys has the most TUP (Tremendous Upside Potential)?
