You know who oughta make an appearance thiis season? Valeri, the russian that Paulie and Christopher tried to kill in season 3. Thry never resolved that storyline, right?

True but the way they did it, it was like they wanted you to know he was dead (since he got shot in the head and was in the middle of nowhere but his footprints vanished) but with that tiny bit of doubt. They are never bringing him back though.

I'm certain they mentioned it last season cause I just re-watched it the other week. Might've been the first ep before they killed the waiter
