He wasn't really away. It's just that during their actual practice time, they didn't do anything. That might've been where they watched UFC tapes, but I can't remember. So anyway, they got back to the house and decided to do their own workout.

I heard Matt Hamill's wrestling style is not like Mark Coleman or even Kevin Randleman, apparently he is known for devestating and injuring his opponents as opposed to doing just takedowns and lay and praying. I want to see this to be honest.
