So will the light go up in Shamrock's head finally...GET YOUR TEAM SOME FUCKIN CARDIO TRAINING. Solomon woulda tore Rory up if they were in opposite teams. But looks like Herman has an easy opponent, but who knows...he is afterall, in Shamrock's team.
