resize and retouch this pic so it's not all pixelated at 1024x768?

You want that little thing turned into a 1024x pic, without it looking like..well..like you increased it's size about sevenfold. I doubt it's gonna happen..sorry..

Making it small without blurring it is easy.

Sadly doing it the opposite way round is not, since it involves creating pixels that weren't originally there...
