This isn't exactly a "bump", but when I was entering MSG for WrestleMania 20, there's an elevator to the right which goes to the arena for handicapped people. It stopped on the floor for a second, opened up, and Rey Mysterio (maskless) was there. I think I was the only one to notice him, but he then got into the corner until the door closed again.

I wish I could bump into Johnny's erect penis.
