I read that Chelsea are doing a deal to make PSV their feeder club, could be a part of the deal, maybe Abramovich is gonna finance PSV as well?

If that is true it's a hell of a deal. There aren't too many clubs I can think of outside Ajax, Auxerre, Juventus and Real who have a better track record with developing young players.
