Gonna say by SummerSlam, probably AT SummerSlam.

Triple H returns, challenges Cena. Cena/Triple H at SummerSlam, Triple H over. They feud for two more PPVs or so, then move on to other feuds. Then, the Rumble rolls around, Cena draws #1 and wins, and goes on to win the title back from Hunter at Mania.

Between feuds, I could see Michaels and Triple H trading the title back and forth once.

As long as Cena is a wigger and is wrestling, it'll be the spinner, because whether anyone likes it or not, Cena is the face of the WWE for the next 6+ years, barring injury/incident.

But in all seriousness, I would imagine that within 2 years Cena will have moved on to more of a serious "Franchise"/"Game" gimmick. That's when the old Undisputed belt will return.

I really don't see Cena being without the title for more than a month before WM24, so I had to say never. Realistically, probably sometime after 24 he will take some time away from it, but not before.

a) win the title around survivor series
b) help HBK win the title @ Summerslam

however, it wouldn't surprise me if at WM24, Cena faced Kennedy for the title and lost (but by the same token, he could prolly winthat match too)
