In WCW, Lex Luger played both a heel and face at the same time. I know that's not two different characters, but still...

Actually, Chyna did the same in 1999. One minute she's the valiant face standing up to woman-hating Jeff Jarrett, the next she's accompanying the dastardly Triple H to the ring and interfering to his advantage.

Al Snow did a whole Identity crisis angle where he resurrected his old gimmicks.
