They need to start an angle where at the end of every Raw, they show Vince going out to his limo and it blows up. Using the same footage from the first time. The next week he shows up without a scratch and they don't even mention it. Comedy gold.

And every week it would have a different effect. Like one week it would look like an old silent western with old-timey music, another week it would be like a cartoon with sound effects and so-on.
