That was just awesome. Best promo in so long. The entrance itself was great and the crowd was very into it. It was just as I expected

Just highlighted to me how bad the rest of the roster are at working the crowd. The crowd were actually involved in the segment, something they have not been for quite some time.

Now why is it that I really couldn't mark out over that like I should've? I mean, I've been a fan of Jericho since I saw his ECW television debut way back in '96 or '97, but for some reason, watching the whole thing, it just seemed slightly above average, at best.

I think part of it was the environment into which he debuted. Another part was that the clothesline bit seemed kinda lame. I mean, if I didn't know who it was, I probably would have lost interest right there.

Finally, I don't think his redebut was as epic.
