You answered your own question, this is about individual choices, not choices as a whole, if it were about collective choices, the Beatles would likely win by default, as for Jackson over Sabbath, if you like country (Jackson is a big name) more then Metal (Sabbath is a huge name) then because of your taste in music, you will pick Jackson

You already know this, but anyways, Depending on your taste in music, and what you like, Nickelback could be good to you, although more so bad for everyone else, and yes I know I went to a Nickelback concert (shutup), not saying it was great but I enjoyed it, along with the other 5 bands.
