I would love to see your argument for that considering both divisions are using their stronger workers in the main wrestling/storyline roles and using the "eye candy divas" merely as enhancement talents. And even those girls that they are using are improving fairly drastically. Even Maria for that matter. Plus, they typically are having the best match on the card involving anyone other than Shawn Michaels.

The women's divison runs into the same problem as the men, they have squash matches that are phoned in (Beth vs. Maria) or cluster tag team matches. Even then the most entertaining women's match I remember was the Raw that Mickie James beat Beth, which was awesome despite not even being a good match (about six and a half minutes). I think you're overestimating how great these matches are, or purposefully underestimating Raw talent.
