Basically, Dragon Gate more or less has a faction mixup every spring or so it seems.

I think in 06 Blood Gen split into Muscle Outlawz and Typhoon
In 07, Shingo returned from ROH, BxB Hulk and Cyber Kong left Typhoon/MO respectively and create New Hazed.
08 Muscle Outlawz and New Hazard die and we get this.

Then there's the stuff with Tozawajuku, which I haven't followed too much, but I can tell you, they're amazing.
