Considering they're trying to get Latino ratings on Smackdown, it's not even racist. They're moving the guys who appeal to the audience of the show.

You know, like negroes appeal to Sci Fi fans, and Cena appeals to adults.

They move Latinos to Smackdown because Latinos don't have cable.

Actually, it's probably partially true, but I try not to let truthiness get in the way of a joke.

Though honestly, I'm not sure why "Latino appeal" means anything from a marketing standpoint. Latinos of comparable demographics have worse spending power. So your white fanbase doesn't care, and your brown fanbase steals your shit.
