Like him or not he's gonna bring ratings to Smackdown
Ratings? Not trying to shit on the guy, but I'm not exactly sure he draws.

He should have been on SmackDown!, though. Matt Hardy also should have gone over Edge with some aid from Batista. You then have Chavo Guerrero and Bam Neely beat down Hardy, to soften him up for Night of Champions, and Jeff Hardy makes the save. It wasn't hard to come up with.

Jeff Hardy is a draw. He's sold more merchandise than The Rock and many other "superstars" and ratings were actually up during his feud with Orton before Mania.

I'd call Jeff Hardy an "interest" or "relative draw." Wrestling fans were interested in seeing his push. How many news fans did he create, though? How high did ratings climb, exactly? Are they still up? Jeff Hardy is still around, isn't he?

Selling merchandise really doesn't have much to do with how many you bring to the gate. To put Jeff Hardy on a platform with The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan is a bit ridiculous.
