And you say you like Chef, as in that old Lenny Henry show? 'Cause that's pretty bad imo
Check out Gavin and Stacy, Spaced, Top Buzzer and Black Books on the sitcom side of things (apart from the obvious Office, Fawlty Towers & Peep Show) Don't really watch enough 'primetime' TV to be able to recommend things like Spooks, Hustle etc. Also, check out a show called 'Funland'. Dark, kind of creepy show but pretty amazing

Haven't seen Gavin & Stacy (though I know a US remake has been talked about), Top Buzzer, or Black Books. I've heard Black Books is good though and it's the only one available on DVD in the US. Also, I've heard decent things about Phoenix Nights. How is that...even though it's not on DVD here either, damn it. |
