Mr. Kennedy Out Again

Such a tragic fall from grace. Three years ago we were all on the Kennedy bandwagon, and I even remember some people claiming him to be the "next Rock". I haven't cared anything about Kennedy for over a year now.

He still could be, if they would continue doing something with him for more than a 2 week period.

The "Next Rock" or "Next Austin" tends to be overused. Ken Kennedy could be something if they would push him for more than 30 seconds at a time, but then again, a lot of momentum loss is due to drug usage or injury, so it's not completely WWE's fault. Although with his Money in the Bank deal, they royally fucked up.

I agree its not all WWE's fault but their 'damage control' is appalling. Take the Hornswoggle stroyline, everyone knew it was going to be Kennedy, so instead of them holding off till he got back from suspension or subbing in someone else that needed a push, they put one of the biggest storylines of the year onto a midget. Now don't get me wrong I like little Horny, he's been entertaining at least but was never worthy of that spot.

You can't apply logic to WWE though. Its almost as if Vince wakes up in the morning and thinks "hmm its wednesday, lets push Kennedy" and then by lunchtime they have 4 segments involving Cena and they have nothing for Kennedy (you could replace Kennedy here with most of the under / mid card).
