Not stupid enough to just believe it without any further proof, because every single person that reported on it was stating that Activision was the one blocking the fucking thing (think about it: Does the 360 have FULL compatibility in which any guitar controller will completely work with any game? You seem to forget that not all controllers are working for all games, either in the way they should or at all). And, in case you forgot what I said, as well, I'm also hoping that MS does see this and enforces a mandate, as well (READ: I'm not hoping that they never do anything like that just to have Sony get an upper hand). You throwing random facts to support the claim that you're right and I'm wrong without any means to back anything up is making you look blind and stupid. I showed you actual proof to back up my claim (even from a place that would have no pony in any "console war") that Actlivision and EA were locked in a battle as to who was exactly blocking the patch, EA or Activision. No mention of Sony having ANY role in that was in there. You've yet to show me any proof since you made that claim (which I never heard from anyone before), so who's to say you didn't just pulled that fact out of your ass?
