K, how are you at pulling off the commands for all the moves? Might want to work on that if he's giving you problems on very easy.

Also, Seth in general is pretty simple in round 1. 99.9% of the time he will start with low fierce (the Dhalsim punch) and he's prone to spamming focus attacks. A good way to take him down is to hit him with 2 fierce attacks or fireballs, then hit him with a shoryuken since a medium or fierce one will break his focus attack and cut of his health from regenerating.

Round 2 he will start busting out the triple shoryukens, sonic booms and Vega jump kicks. Also, any time you get a super or ultra he starts spamming teleports, so don't bother trying to use it. Your best chance to get him is when he leaves himself wide open after whiffing a move.
