I'm just noticing how he is getting minimal respect in fantasy leagues because the team is so bad. It seems like he's gone through the backup period, the due paying period, the top tier back period, the getting forgotten about period and he's only been in the league for what? 4 years or something?

I still find him to easily be one of the 3 or 4 best all around backs in the league though.

Running Backs don't last that long in the NFL in the all-star to elite status for that many years. I think the average for any player in the NFL is about 4 years with RBs being one of the shorter positions.

The Rams actually have a pretty decent offensive line this year... That's probably why I have some hope for them this year. Plus, Spags is gonna commit to running the ball... which is good, considering how awful Bulger has been.

Fucking ESPN. Schefter tweets that he thinks the Bills should sign him, then a few other assholes say they "think" he is a possibility of Buffalo

I expect him to be a Bronco for two reasons.

1: I never liked his style of play, even at VT
2: It makes no sense

That second one seems like the theme of the current administration.

Plus add to that the fact I like Orton as a qb, so he's bound to get stabbed in the back much like Plummer.

I am giving him all the benefit of the doubt I can as a coach for a couple seasons, and when you step back his roster moves as a whole make sense, but they haven't handled everything as well as they could have from a public perspective.

There are worse places Vick could have wound up than the Bills. He's not allowed to play until Week 5 I believe, so it would have given time to evaluate Trent Edwards. I'm sure Vick would have made for a better backup than Ryan Fitzpatrick. If the Bills were gonna sign him I'm sure they'd tell him that he's not going to start unless needed. Plus he'd be good for some trick plays.

If there was something the Eagles should have learned from benching McNabb for Kolb last year in the Ravens game its that Kolb absolutely sucks.

Speaking of said Ravens, I was really impressed with their shutout win over the Redskins. I know it was a meaningless game and probably speaks more to how terrible the Redskins are going to be but anyway.
