I'm looking for a game sort of like Diablo...

Planescape: Torment is suppose to be a pretty good game. It's back from '99 so if you play it, don't expect incredible graphics or anything.

Also, I think you're probably looking for something like Baulder's Gate. I haven't played it myself either but I hear it's a great game and from the reviews it sounds a lot like Diablo.
