What happens when someone with a short fuse

Loses 20 Matches in a Row due to

-Actual Losing
-Connection being lost during winning (counting in a loss)
- Horrendous Lag causing in hosts ending matches only a minute in when losing 60-80
- Disc not reading for some reason when attempting to get game started
