lol when playing Hardcore modes with the Heartbeat sensor and Ninja perk, everybody else is using them too so they cancel each other out.

You'd be surprised at how many people actually don't use Ninja, especially on Search. I don't see why you wouldn't want to use the heartbeat sensor. It's free kills basically.
