How can you blame Brian Kelly? Cincinnati is never going to have another season this good, and even if they do they will still be snubbed for a national title spot by a Big Ten, Big 12, SEC team or USC.

I'm sure he is also getting a substantial raise. And it's not like Notre Dame can't compete. I mean, 06 and 07 they were in a BCS bowl. Even this year they had one of the best offenses in the nation. It is complete bullshit when people claim Notre Dame can't get the top recruits anymore for academic reasons.

I think it's a dick move because he's bailing on his team before the Sugar Bowl. Leaving for Notre Dame is one thing, but leaving before your team plays in its Bowl game is crap.

It might not even be his fault...but if Notre Dame said "Accept the offer now or you're out of the running," then shame on them.
