Shirley? I would hardly call her a major character. She never really served a purpose other than to give Aloma Wright a job after they killed off Laverne.

It'd still be nice to see her. Same with Doug. He was great as the dumbass guy in the morgue.

Oh, no doubt. It would have been interesting if they had run with the idea that her character was sort of the "anti-Laverne," and given Aloma the chance to show some range as an actress. Doug is also one of my favourites. I would not mind seeing how Keith is going as a doctor, either.

I was referring to main cast members, like Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, Ken Jenkins, Neil Flynn and Judy Reyes, though.
