Evan Bourne would benefit from ANY kind of personality. He is as bland as the original Rocky Maivia. Good potential as a high flyer/ Jeff hardy type, but has no real identity. I don't mean just mic skills (Jeff hardy had none) but an identity in general.

I see what you're saying, and yeah, I think if they had any plans to push him (which I highly doubt anyway), that he could benefit by having a bit of an attitude.
Maybe if they gave him this reputation of a guy with "little man syndrome", where he fearlessly looks to pick fights with anyone, I think the fans can get behind him even more. |

I believe the WWE likes Evan Bourne. They moved him to RAW very fast, and they showcase his Shooting Star Press whenever they can (on the RAW with Bret Hart's return, and at the Royal Rumble, for example). The WWE loves showing him off, and they may not exactly be pushing him towards a WWE Title run, or anything, but I don't think the guy is being "kept down" as many would suggest.
A move to SmackDown! would do Bourne well, in my opinion. |
