It actually makes sense if they follow up with Bischoff punishing Abyss for not using it. The whole match's story was Abyss not wanting to do damage to Foley, and he didn't use the bat, just the tacks, reluctantly.

They probably won't follow it up, though.

Ahh i see now, they will follow it up i think, after seeing the foley/bischoff promo recently.(loved that, one of the reasons i can't hate on foley)
