His HITC match with Lesnar is what virtually put Lesnar over as a monster champion at the time. It was a great match. Not to mention his worst Mania match post Attitude era was probably against Mark Henry. And it wasn't bad. It just lacked the feeling that Taker may actually lose. The match itself is more than passable. Anyone remeber the SmackDown! title match Taker had with Angle where Brock interfered right after Taker hits the Last Ride? I remember that being a damn fine match at the time. |
