Everyone seems to think Zangief is cheap. I'm not sure I understand how he can be called cheap. He has to be right next to you to do anything to you and both his Ultras can be tricky to connect unless you're fighting someone who is really predictable or bad.

Only projectile ultras and 2 or 3 non-projectile ones. Everyone has a move that stops ultras, though.
