I highly doubt Heyman will come to TNA. Considering the fact that ECW was on Spike back when the channel was TNN. Although he might b/c Spike actually promotes TNA when TNN didn't promote ECW.

Your point is made irrelevant by the fact that when MTV/Viacom bought The Nashville Network and made it into The National Network, they pretty much cleared house. That combined with the fact its been 10 years means that there's really no one left there anymore for Heyman to be bitter at
