CC Sabathia really uses those big legs of his, that's why his delivery looks effortless.

Other pitchers, like Strausburg, use their arm too much and that's how injuries happen.

I am gonna really miss Lou. I wonder what the Cubs would have done if the Cubs were in first place and in playoff contention. I wonder if Lou would have just waited till the off season if they were in first place this close to the playoffs.
