Nope the stunner the head is situated on the shoulder the impact of the fall focused on the jaw/upper throat.

RKO/Diamond cutter the head is situated where the elbow bends the other hand (more noticeable with the diamond cutter) is used to push the head downward.

My point still stands. It doesn't matter which part of the head is involved.
