I also checked out Claymore on Netflix. It confused me in the first episode. But not in a way I wanted to watch more.

Then I found Vandread.

It got pretty ridiculously bizarre by the end.

But the kid is so annoying I constantly want to watch him die.

Like, they could make a show entirely of him dying, over and over, and I'd watch it. As long as it was slow and varied.
