I would always take Chauncey over FELTON. So that is a good trade off.

So basically they traded

Randolph and Curry for Brewer and cap room. Good Trade. Brewer is a good defender off the bench and Randolph didnt fit the system and didnt play.

SO it was Danilo, Chandler, Mozgov, a 1st in 3 years and 2 2nds for Carmelo and a couple of bums with expiring contracts.

SHIT YEAH.

Chandler is a good play. Melo is great. Chandler is going to get paid WAY too much this offseason. He is going to get like 12 million a year to be Shawn Marion Lite. And Danilo is never going to be anything more than a outside scorer, and can be replaced.

Knicks made a great deal, and definitely didnt "give too much up"

Billups deal also has an opt out next season, so they can go into Free Agency in a few months with the ability to throw big money at another player.
