The thing is if JoMo started standing up for himself, he'd look stupid anyways, and Batista would probably laugh at him. So it's really a lose/lose situation. Once you're labeled as "the nice guy' it's hard to lose that stigma. Unless JoMo did some crazy psycho explosion type shit at Batista.\

It's like that kid who is a loser in high school that everyone takes advantage of (ie. He's rich and he lets' everyone party at his house. He's got a nice car and the girl he's with is only with him because of that. Everyone is cool with him just because he has certain things). But once he starts complaining about people messing up his living room and tries to be all tough about it, people will still not take him seriously. You know?

Yeah, it's a tough situation...it's not as easy as confronting Batista (who is/was heavily backed by Triple H, and I also get the feeling he is/was backed heavily by Vince and "the office") or Melina (which would then, if you had no actual proof, make you look like a jealous fool...heck, you'd look bad even if you DID have proof)...he could've gotten in trouble either way, so...

...I don't know...it's tough.
