It fucking sucks, there should be no excuse considering it uses Live on the PC as well.

Ah well, there seems to be no average players on the PC. They either completely suck and are probably using keyboards or they're the best players I've ever played against compared to the 360 version who may have waited to get the best version of the game. There just seems to be no inbetween.

Your online record might blow, but you should get better playing all those skilled players at the very least. Def need to get on some cross platform online though for 360 and PC users. We're basically using specialized PCs to do all this.

It's running at about 64%, mainly because Europe got the game officially today and now it feels more like jumping online on 360 with a middle ground of players on top of the low and high guys.

Figured out why there was such a split for me though, it matches people based on your PC performance so I was getting all these A ranked specs, people who have poured some cash into a decent PC so either people who have PC as the primary gaming machine and haven't touched SF4 since vanilla (if at all) and then these guys who clearly have consoles too and have just been waiting for this version.
